Awesome info! Jill Mattson is extraordinary at explaining complex subjects in understandable layman's terms - a rare gift. There are so many experts in many fields who simply cannot translate their knowledge into terms the public can understand. I am an intuitive sound healer and have shared all of Jill's meditation CDs in my weekly meditation group, but with no background in music or the science of sound, I have been perplexed to the point of giving up understanding how sound heals. I just accepted that it does and went on about my healing practice. The book, Secret Sounds Ultimate Healing, helped me better understand not only frequency and sound healing, but also why I get such good healing results with intuitive sound.
